Retreat or mini-retreat registration fees are generally non-refundable. However, a full refund may be issued upon written request if cancellation occurs 10 days or more prior to the conference start date. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations due to personal reasons after the retreat or mini-retreat registration deadline. In the event of event cancellation by the organizers, registrants will be entitled to a full refund.
